MTSU Center for Health and Human Services - Farm and Ranch Stress and Mental Health
A collaborative effort between the MTSU Center for Health and Human Services and the MTSU School of Agriculture, the Farm and Ranch Stress and Mental Health initiative supports farmer well-being across Tennessee as part of the Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network South (FRSAN South). The project works alongside agricultural organizations, healthcare providers, and local communities to deliver suicide-prevention training, distribute stress-relief tools, compile a statewide resource directory, and reduce stigma surrounding behavioral health in rural populations.

Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network
The Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network (TSPN) is a statewide, non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating the stigma of suicide and implementing the Tennessee Strategy for Suicide Prevention. Utilizing a diverse network of volunteers, mental health professionals, and survivors, TSPN provides free educational trainings, community outreach, and critical resources to raise awareness, recognize warning signs, and support individuals and high-risk populations across the state.
