Alabama Cooperative Extension
The Alabama Cooperative Extension System (ACES) serves as the primary outreach and public engagement organization for the land-grant missions of Auburn University and Alabama A&M University, in cooperation with Tuskegee University. Operating across every county in Alabama, ACES delivers science-based educational programs, practical resources, and community solutions in agriculture, 4-H youth development, family and consumer sciences, and natural resources to improve the quality of life and economic well-being of residents across the state.

Tuskegee University
Founded in 1881 by Booker T. Washington, Tuskegee University is a historic, private, state-related Historically Black College and University (HBCU). Renowned for its rich legacy including pioneering figures like George Washington Carver and the historic Tuskegee Airmen, the university offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs and is uniquely distinguished as the only HBCU to host ROTC programs for all branches of the U.S. military.
Alabama Department of Agriculture
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries (ADAI) is dedicated to safeguarding the state’s food supply, animal health, environment, and fair marketplace commerce. Through its various specialized divisions ranging from food safety and animal industries to weights and measures, plant protection, and the Farmers Market Authority, the agency regulates agricultural standards and actively supports and promotes Alabama-grown food, products, and local producers.
